Please read all the information carefully and discuss your entries with your DC/CA and regular riding instructor. Ask them ALL your questions about how to fill out the form and prepare for the rally.

This will be a Qualifying Rally for the 2026 USPC Festival Championships being held July 16-19, 2026 in Lexington, KY.
ALL Pony Club members are encouraged to participate, regardless of whether they are wanting to qualify for Championships or not. We will have a division options suitable for ALL members, even Leadline and In-Hand for our non-riding members!
Per USPC - "At local, regional, and inter-regional rallies, participants may be of any age or certification, must be a member in good standing, must have paid all local, regional, and national dues, insurance fees, and their membership be on record with the USPC National Office at the time of the rally."
Competitors wishing to qualify for Championships must include an Intent to Qualify form to their DC/CA prior to the Rally, or turn one in at the time of check-in to the Show Secretary.
Minimum Certification level for Modified Championships is D2 (ages 10 and up). Minimum Certification for Standard Championships is C1 (ages 12 and up). These requirements apply to both Riders and Stable Managers.

***All mounts traveling from out-of-state will need a Negative Coggins and health certificate for entry into Arizona and it should be dated such to include return travel home.***
Entry Fee is $180 per Rider for 1 Rally (DR or SJ), or $250 per Rider for BOTH Rallies (DR & SJ).
No charge for Stable Managers.
Rally Entry Fee includes Stabling for the night of the rally(s) and 1 bag of shavings. If entering both rallies, it will include 2 nights Stabling and 2 bags of shavings.
Rally Entry Fee also includes Lunch for both the Rider/Stable Manager and one Adult Volunteer.
Entry Deadline is December 5, 2025.

Late Entries may be accepted until December 29th, 2025 unless teams are full.
There will be an additional $50 Late Entry Fee.
